You don't have to work this into any of the Seychelles holidays you might want to plan, but it's never a bad idea to do so. You can rent catamarans, sailboats, and scuba diving equipment. Lots of people love coming to the islands in May and October, where the trade winds are very strong for windsurfing, but you don't have to do that either.

The rice cuisine of the Seychelles is what truly keeps people coming back for more of what the islands have to offer. Creole cooking is actually one of the most popular styles on the islands, due to the rich history and culture of the country. It used to be a place that the British and the French fought for control over. While the British eventually got control of the country, the French influence and vibe through the islands cannot be denied.
